Quality Tested by Experts
When forming alloys (from Latin alligare, "to bind one thing to another"), the aim is to achieve better characteristics than those of the base metal. At every stage of production, experienced experts make sure all work steps remain clear and organized and perform constant quality controls.
Use of latest technologies in combination with extensive experience guarantees that our alloys satisfy all requirements for strength, load capacity, plasticity and processability.
– Production capacity 50,000 TPA
– Primary-equivalent cast alloys in accordance with EN, DIN and customer specification
– Secondary cast alloys in accordance with EN, DIN 1725 Tl.2 and customer specification
– Primary alloys
– Master alloys in accordance with EN, DIN and customer specification AlSi, AlMn, AlCu, AlFe
– All alloys are producible for die, sand and gravity casting

Recycling to Perfection
The salt slag produced during melting and refining of aluminium scrap is fully recycled in our slag and water treatment plant.
Salt | for reuse as slag former in the melting process |
Al granules | for feeding back into the aluminium resource cycle |
Aluminium oxide | regenerated as raw material substitute for bauxite |
Clean water | for cooling purposes |
Use |
in the cement, refractory, steel,
mineral fibre and ceramics industries |
Delivery forms | agglomerated or pourable, both at original water content |
